Our products

Hong Duc Food's "Little Bonza" soy sauce and vegetarian “fish” sauce are made from soy beans using the natural fermentation technique developed in Japan.

Our products are free of colour additives, cholesterol, gluten, and carcinogens 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP.  Hong Duc Food’s soy sauce were the only soy sauce from Vietnam approved to be imported into Australia by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) in 2002.
