Vegetarian Chilli Fish Sauce

This combination does not exist.


The unique feature here is the same flavor as fish sauce made from anchovy material, but due to the use of pure soybean fermentation technology, it is suitable for both vegetarians and savory people ("Salty vegetarian evenly useful")


Ingredient:

Nước, đường, nước mắm cốt chay (nước, đậu nành, muối =10%), ớt (7%), giấm, (621), (211).

Quality criteria:

Table salt (NaCl) <100g/l. Total nitrogen> 1g/l.

Usage:

Use with vermicelli, rolls, pancakes, spring rolls, salads, vegetarian and savoury dishes.

Storage instructions:

Store in a dry place and avoid sunlight.
