Water, sugar, vegetarian fish sauce (water, soy, salt = 15%), vinegar, flavor enhancer (Mono Natri Glutamat -621), preservative (Natri Benzoate - 221).

Quality criteria:Table salt (NaCl) <100g/l. Total nitrogen> 1g/l.
